Camp Costs
January 18-25, 2003 in the Caribbean

Our Camp is all-inclusive - one fee covers everything. It includes all classes and consultations, round-trip airfare from New York or Miami (other cities slightly higher), transfers, hotel, meals, and most sports.

Camp fee of $3,250 is based on double occupancy.  We will gladly help you arrange a share if you would like to cut costs.
If you would like a private room, you may request one for a single supplement of $550.
The fee for spouses and friends who are not traders is only $2,150 (includes everything but classes).

Discounts:
If two traders register together, both receive a $100 discount, as long as one of them mentions this at the reservation time. Discounts are for traders only and can be combined!
Repeating campers are invited to stay an extra day as a guest of Dr. Elder or receive a $250 discount if you choose.

Air - if you get your own airline tickets, please deduct $550 from your Camp fee. We expect all campers from outside North America to get their own tickets.

Refunds - all fees are 95% refundable until February 1, 50% refundable after that. Your airline ticket is a part of the refund; for example, if you pay $3,250 and later cancel, while we have bought you an airline ticket for $640, then you get that ticket (which you can reuse) and the rest by check.

Payment of one half of you fee reserves your spot, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the Camp.  Your Camp fee may be tax-deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor and give the government the exquisite pleasure of picking up a portion of your bill!
