CONTINENTAL USStandard: $5 for the first item, $2 for each additional item. We ship by UPS (please give your street address!) or priority mail. 2nd Day: $13 for the first item, $4 each additional item. Overnight: $17 for the first item, $5 for each additional item. It is better to phone or fax your overnight orders, especially if you are ordering late in the afternoon. Same Day Delivery: (only New York City Area) Please call us for the rates.

INTERNATIONAL Surface Mail: $5 each item Air Mail: $15 each item. Receive express delivery instead of Air if you order 2 or more items. Higher in some countries. We strongly recommend courier delivery overseas. Surface mail is fast to the Western Europe, but slow elsewhere and can take up to 8 weeks to Asia and Australia. Also, in many parts of the world packages can get stolen. Courier delivery is very fast and 100% guaranteed!

ORDERING You can order from us in person, by phone, fax, or via e-mail. All prices are clearly marked on every page.
PAYMENTThe easiest way to pay is by credit card. If you are concerned about security on the net, please call or fax us your card number, along with your name and address. Afterwards you can send us your orders via Internet and simply say, "Bill my credit card, on file." To protect your privacy, our customer service computers are not linked to the net, and we never release credit card or telephone numbers to anyone. Many international clients prefer to pay us by wire transfer -- please call, fax, or e-mail me for instructions. You can also pay us by check. If you want your order shipped COD, there is a $7 surcharge. We can ship and bill to companies on the approved list, with a purchase order. |
GUARANTEE and REFUNDS We offer a 15 day money back guarantee. You have 15 days to decide to return something to us - not counting shipping time. I hope you agree that 15 days is plenty of time to decide what suits your needs. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you ask for a refund on a order charged to a card, there will be a 5% deduction, to cover the credit card company's fee. There is only a 50% refund on videos and software. Dr. Elder selects the best books for traders, and all of us in the firm do our best to deliver them to you promptly and accurately. If you have any questions or requests, please call me any business day. I usually come in at about 9 am eastern time or earlier and leave at about 5 pm.
