Most traders used to be male, but this is rapidly changing. Our Camps tend to have about one-third women and two-thirds men. Many women are attracted to the markets because they can trade from home, without going to the office (great if you have kids). Others become involved in trading after they find themselves with money to manage after selling their businesses or becoming widowed or divorced.

Approximately one-third to one-half of traders bring their non-trading spouses to the Camp. There is plenty to do at the resort, and nobody ever complains of boredom. Many non-trading spouses go on friendly outings together during classtime – we are happy to provide suggestions.

Our Camps are very informal, with everyone on a first-name basis. We all live in the same resort, with campers and instructors mixing throughout the day. We interact not only in classes, but at mealtimes, near the pool, and so on. Throughout the day, you mix with other serious traders, while experiencing the lifestyle of a successful trader.

Talking to instructors and campers allows you to advance much faster in your development. Your new friends become a source of encouragement and trading ideas long after the Camp is over.
